COOLING TOWER CLEANING PROCEDURE HIGH LIGHTS
COOLING TOWERS SHOULD BE CLEANED TWICE A YEAR.
Our company, offers the most state-of-the-art COOLING TOWER CLEANING in Atlanta Metropolitan area. We offer ON LINE & OFF-LINE CLEANING as well as moderate scale and corrosion removal without acids. Technicians chemically clean towers for BIOLOGICAL FOULING, which includes algae removal and other bacteria. Then, manually clean towers with an on-line vacuum system (with filters) to remove suspended solids, including, biological, dirt, mud and silt. It is recommended that you have your towers professionally cleaned twice a year for optimal performance and savings.
CLAUDE PAUL CHEMICALS HAS A TWO STEP CLEANING PROGRAM
First Step Chemical
This is much more involved than a mechanical cleaning. The use of a bio-dispersant along with polymeric dispersants and crystal modifiers will help remove dirt and loosen bio masses for easy removal. This is the most favorable safest, and easiest type of chemical cleaning. The use of a bio-dispersant along with a biocide will insure that all biomasses, silt, and deposition are reduced and can be more easily removed mechanically using the on-line vacuum system.
Second Step Mechanical Cleaning
This type of cleaning will involve the use of an on-line vacuum system, designed to remove all algae, slight scale, dirt, mud, and collected debris. Starting at the top of the deck we clean the blades, screens, drain holes and ensure they are free of debris. We will then check water flow to the fill followed by vacuuming the basin. We also will perform manual cleaning using biocides and safe cleaners to remove buildup from the drift eliminators and intermittently wetted surfaces of the cooling tower.
Let’s schedule a consultation to ensure Claude Paul Chemicals can survey your towers. We want to make your job easier and insure your safety.
